Abstract

Авторами разработана и апробирована методика оценки инновационного потенциала региона с учетом значимых экологических факторов. Расчет осуществлялся на примере экономической системы, состоящей из группы регионов РФ. Просчитан прогноз величины инновационного потенциала Республики Башкортостан, ожидаемый в результате реализации инновационной программы развитияAuthors develop and approve a technique of an estimation of innovative potential of region taking into account significant ecological factors. Calculation was carried out on an example of the economic system consisting of group of regions Russian Federations. The forecast of size of innovative potential of the Republic Bashkortostan, expected as a result of realisation of the innovative program of development is counted.
