Abstract

Статья касается практических проблем реформирования системы высшего профессионального образования РФ. Особое внимание уделяется структурам среднего звена управления университета. Даны практические рекомендации по созданию институтов и реструктуризации на уровне института научной, образовательной, и организационно-управленческой деятельности. Представлена модель структуры института и ключевые действия по модернизации. Сформулированы три варианта сценария реструктуризации: «максимальный», «консервативный» и «перманентный», предполагающие различные темпы структуризации институтов. Каждый из вариантов выстраивается в определенном ритме и привязке к учебному году.
