Abstract

Центральным моментом в оценке конъюнктуры конкурентного потребительского рынка является характеристика скорости и тенденций развития потребительского рынка, устойчивости динамического процесса. Однако, в представленных законодательных и нормативных актах такие характеристики конъюнктуры конкурентного рынка, как устойчивость, колеблемость, цикличность не нашли отражения, что затрудняет единую оценку тенденций развития конкурентного рынка в целом.The central moment in an estimation of a conjuncture of the competitive consumer market is the characteristic of speed and tendencies of development of the consumer market, stability of dynamic process. However, in presented legislative and statutory acts such characteristics of a conjuncture of the competitive market as stability, recurrence was found by reflexions that complicates a uniform estimation of tendencies of development of the competitive market as a whole.
