Abstract

Вопросы стоимости и качества жилищно-коммунальных услуг постоянно вызывают остроту социального конфликта населения и общества вокруг повышения платежей за эти услуги и требуют создания в России уникальной системы социальной защиты населения по оплате услуг в данной сфере. В статье изложен авторский подход к решению проблемы снижения и эффективного управления затратами на жилищно-коммунальные услуги.Questions of cost and quality of housing-and-municipal services constantly cause a sharpness of the social conflict of the population and a society round increase of payments for these services and creation in Russia demand unique system of social protection of the population on fee in the given sphere. In article the author's approach to the decision of a problem of decrease and efficient control expenses for housing-and-municipal services is stated.
