Обеспечение Безопасности Приграничного Сотрудничества (На Примере России И Китая)

Abstract

Российская Федерация и Китай осуществляют взаимовыгодное сотрудничество в сфере энергетики, развития транспортной инфраструктуры, торговли и других. Значительная часть совместных проектов осуществляется в Сибири и на Дальнем Востоке России. В настоящее время между странами заключены договора на строительство мостов, портов, нефтегазовой инфраструктуры, скоростной железнодорожной магистрали, судостроительного дока. Данные проекты влияют не только на региональное, но и на страновое развитие в целом. Благодаря этим проектам появляется возможность осуществить новый толчок экономического и социального развития отдаленных Дальневосточных регионов России. При этом существуют определенные риски национальной безопасности, которые также необходимо учитывать. В статье проводится анализ сотрудничества Китая и России по имеющимся проектам за 2016 год.
