Институциональное Развитие Энергосервисной Деятельности В России

Abstract

Одной из наиболее острых и актуальных для большинства хозяйствующих субъектов является проблема высокого потребления энергетических ресурсов, что актуализирует задачу обеспечения оптимальных условий энергопотребления, обеспечивающих энергосбережение и повышение энергоэффективности. Одним из законодательно закрепленных инструментов, призванных решить указанную задачу, являются энергосервисные контракты. В статье проанализирована эволюция института энергосервисных контрактов, рассмотрена организация функционирования энергосервисных компаний, определены направления развития рынка энергосервисных услуг. Акцентируется внимание на направлениях государственного регулирования в области энергосервисной деятельности.
