Abstract

В статье выявлены проблемы управления региональными социально-экономическими процессами как факторами повышения военно-экономического потенциала, в частности исследованы задачи формирования стратегии социально-экономического развития субъектов РФ в границах выделенных регионов. Показано, что необходимо внедрять такие методологические подходы к формированию региональной стратегии социально-экономического развития, которые позволят перейти от качественных экспертных характеристик к количественным показателям.
