Особенности Российского Таможенного Протекционизма Начала Xx В

Abstract

В статье на основе статистических данных анализируются особенности таможенного протекционизма Российской империи в начале XX в. Рассматриваются преимущества заключения в этот период конвенциальных торговых соглашений, основанных на принципе наибольшего благоприятствования. Подчеркивается реакционность российского протекционизма того времени, как тормоза экономического развития страны и орудия финансовой олигархии. Указаны основные проблемы, препятствующие нормальному развитию российского государственного протекционизма.
