Abstract

Обеспечение качества выпускаемой продукции является необходимым условием ее конкурентоспособности. Немаловажная роль в процессе управления качеством принадлежит процедуре его контроля. При этом выявление технологических дефектов в ходе контроля качества готовых изделий без должного внутрипроцессного контроля приводит к неоправданным материальным и финансовым потерям. Дефекты швейных изделий, возникающие в технологическом процессе их изготовления, выявляются в основном визуально без применения инструментальных методов исследования. Предложена компьютерная технология определения дефектов строчек и швов, применение которой позволит повысить объективность и качество внутрипроцессного контроля швейных изделий.
