Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы деятельности судебных приставов по борьбе с неплательщиками алиментов. Исследовано состояние деятельности судебных приставов на современном этапе. С целью повышения эффективности деятельности судебных приставов анализируется такое направление совершенствования законодательства, как внесение дополнений в КоАП РФ, ФЗ «Об исполнительном производстве» и ФЗ «О судебных приставах», также дается оценка современным способам борьбы с неплательщиками.
