Abstract

Честь, достоинство и деловая репутация наиболее важные нематериальные блага физических и юридических лиц. Значимость их охраны, а также способы защиты закреплены не только в национальном законодательстве, но и в международных актах. В статье анализируется судебная практика использования в процессе доказывания по рассматриваемым категориям дел судебной лингвистической экспертизы.
