Abstract

Кластеры являются инструментом обеспечения устойчивого развития региональной и национальной экономики, что определяет их активное использование в большинстве стран мира. В статье проведен анализ подходов к определению кластеров, их классификации и отраслевой направленности, особенностей функционирования. Определены основные элементы государственной кластерной политики России и возможные направления ее совершенствования.
