Abstract

Перспективной отраслью развития экономики Приморского края является сельское хозяйство. Существующий дефицит трудовых ресурсов, инвестиций, техники и технологий обусловливает необходимость создания в этой сфере российско-китайских совместных предприятий. В силу ряда причин китайская сторона предпочитает организацию своих сельскохозяйственных предприятий при получении земли в долгосрочную аренду. Такой вариант предпринимательства сопровождается рисками появления негативных экологических последствий, что требует принятия особых мер.
