Основные Элементы Стратегий Региональных Вузов Кнр И Критерии Их Оценки

Abstract

Исследованы стратегии региональных вузов Китая, не являющихся лидерами глобальных рейтингов и не входящих в мировую элиту высшего образования. Предложенный подход состоит в сравнении основных элементов стратегий вузов образовательной системы КНР в контексте динамики их позиций в глобальных и национальных рейтингах. В исследовании определены характерные для большинства китайских вузов стратегические ориентиры. Изучены официальные документы, стратегии, планы и программы развития вузов, которые разделены в исследовании на несколько групп. Сделан вывод о том, что китайские университеты значительно проигрывают вузам США, Великобритании и т.д. по уровню образования и исследований, доле иностранных студентов и другим ключевым параметрам рейтинговой оценки.
