Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования финансово-экономической экспертизы проектов государственных программ Российской Федерации за счет формирования нормативной и методологической базы и установления единых требований к планированию, организации проведения и подведению итогов экспертизы на федеральном, региональном и муниципальном уровнях. Рассматриваются предложения по расширению полномочий контрольно-счетных органов за счет их участия в разработке и согласовании параметров прогноза социально-экономического развития и проведении финансово-экономической экспертизы стратегий социально-экономического развития субъектов Российской Федерации.
