Abstract

Владивосток типичный пример города со сложным рельефом, с ограниченно пригодной для застройки территорией, где современная выборочная застройка или ее уплотнение в рамках сложившихся застроенных территорий требует инженерного выравнивания этой территории. Это по-прежнему приводит к возникновению подпорных стен инженерных сооружений, которые активно вторгаются в формирование целостной среды, занимая подчас значительную площадь в раскрываемых панорамах города, сопоставимых как с размерами фасадов, так и с природными городскими ландшафтами. Территория ВГУЭС представляет собой характерный пример застройки на сложном рельефе, что позволяет использовать эту территорию в качестве экспериментальной площадки.
