Abstract

Актуальность изучения правовых аспектов этапов эмиссии ценных бумаг, требований к проспекту эмиссии ценных бумаг, особенностей государственной регистрации, связана с недостаточной теоретической разработкой данной темы. В данной работе анализируется процедура эмиссии ценных бумаг. Рассматриваются отдельные этапы эмиссии ценных бумаг и их специфика.
