К Вопросу Об Основных Направлениях Развития Уголовно-Правовой Борьбы С Терроризмом

Abstract

В статье подробно исследованы вопросы законодательного отражения системы противодействия терроризму, которая, по мнению автора, должна включать как превентивно-профилактические меры, так и меры пресечения. Предлагается ряд основных направлений для борьбы с проявлениями современного терроризма. Кроме того, показано, что совершенствование уголовно-правовой квалификации различных аспектов террористической деятельности является одним из важнейших условий развития системы правового регулирования противодействия терроризму и актуальным направлением дальнейших исследований в данной области.
