Abstract

Построение эффективно работающей системы высшего образования оказывает существенное влияние на многие стороны жизни общества. При этом оценка деятельности университета в настоящее время является основой для определения финансовой поддержки как со стороны государства в виде выделения определенного числа бюджетных мест, так и со стороны реальной бизнес-среды в виде заключения платных договоров на обучение, на научно-исследовательские работы и т.п. Однако современному университету необходимо также производить внутреннюю оценку своих возможностей, которая может быть определена на основе анализа заявленных методов управления университетом со стороны основного регулятора высшего образования России и научного сообщества.
