Генетическая Опасность Техногенных Загрязнений (На Примере Зоны Экологического Кризиса Дальнегорского Городского Округа Приморского Края)

Abstract

Проведено эколого-генетическое обследование зоны, загрязняемой выбросами горно-химического комбината «Бор» и горно-металлургического комбината «Дальполиметалл» (Приморский край). В качестве биоиндикаторов использованы три фоновых для Приморья видов синантропных грызунов. Показана высокая степень мутагенной опасности техногенных загрязнений: в непосредственной близости от заводов уровень хромосомных аномалий и аномалий головок спермиев возрастает в 310 раз. Показано, что эколого-генетический мониторинг с использованием биоиндикаторных видов грызунов фауны Приморья позволяет решать прикладные задачи по размещению и планированию застройки, зон отдыха и сельхозобъектов.
