Основы Обеспечения Единства Измерений Технических Величин

Abstract

Проблема обеспечения единства измерений является актуальной для современного развития метрологии. Подробно рассмотрены основные положения метрологического обеспечения единства измерений технических величин, определена его техническая основа и законодательный принцип управления. Представлены функции федеральных органов исполнительной власти, осуществляющих работу по формированию государственной политики и нормативно-правовому регулированию в области метрологии и технических измерений. Основное внимание уделено формированию задач государственных научных метрологических институтов и региональных центров метрологии.
