Abstract

Особенность систем образования стран Запада и Советского Союза состоит в том, что в капиталистических странах готовят образование для рынка, в то время как в социалистической стране образование готовили для человека. Именно поэтому законы об образовании разрабатываются или только в интересах избранных, как это делается в капиталистических странах, или в интересах всех граждан страны, как это было в Советском Союзе. Когда же пытаются внедрить ту или иную систему образования в стране с несовместимой общественно-экономической формацией, то этот процесс приобретает сугубо противоречивый характер с политической точки зрения.
