Abstract

Эффективность функционирования филиальной сети коммерческого банка зависит от качества управления как со стороны руководства банка в целом, так и непосредственных руководителей его структурного подразделения (филиала). Стратегия управления филиалом коммерческого банка определяет конечные финансовые результаты его работы и, как следствие, способствует повышению доверия к банку со стороны его клиентов. Это позволяет считать управление филиалом коммерческого банка одним из наиболее актуальных вопросов деятельности кредитных организаций и кредитно-финансовой сферы в целом.
