Предпринимательство Как Лекарство От Безработицы

Abstract

Наиболее важным аспектом управления занятостью населения является реализация государственной программы по стимулированию создания новых рабочих мест. Один из таких примеров программа самозанятости, которая представляет собой экспериментальную площадку для решения сразу двух социальных задач: борьбы с безработицей и стимулирования развития малого бизнеса. Этот эксперимент является методом эмпирического познания, при помощи которого в контролируемых условиях можно получить новое знание относительно связей между явлениями и объектами, то есть: построить модель ситуации или явления. В данной статье был проведен анализ поведения участников программы самозанятости: государственных структур, предпринимателей и безработных. На основе этого исследования автором была предложена методика существенного улучшения программы самозанятости.
