Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается системный подход к управлению производством с позиции всеобщей организационной науки Богданова и организации управления производством. Особую значимость в философии организации, приобретает управление персоналом. Представлено сравнение философий управления персоналом в зависимости от критериев организации работы на основе исследуемой литературы. Предложена группировка моделей философии управления в соотношении с направлениями развития общества, что объединит формирующие и регулирующие закономерности организационного опыта и выявит проблемы развития трудовых ресурсов современных предприятий и общества в целом. Данная группировка, объединяющая обе закономерности системного подхода к исследованию организационного опыта, является предпосылкой для принятия решений, влияющих на философию управления организаций.
