Abstract

В условиях ограниченности бюджетных ресурсов высшие учебные учреждения начинают активнее привлекать потребителей образовательных услуг на образовательном рынке, а также изыскивать дополнительные финансовые ресурсы. Под влиянием высококонкурентной среды высшая школа развивает взаимодействие с бизнесом, некоммерческими организациями, а также с местным сообществом и различными фондами. Механизм распределения финансовых средств применяется для решения задач повышения качества образования в университетах и эффективности использования ресурсов финансовых, материальных, кадровых.
