Abstract

Морская политика на рубеже XIX XX вв. стала самостоятельным актором международных отношений ведущих государств, прежде всего Германии Англии, России, Франции, Италии, Турции, а так же США и Японии. Данный период в истории получил наименование эпохи «нового маринизма», эпохи, когда гонка морских вооружений стала определяющим фактором узловых противоречий в Европе, приведших мир в 1914 г. к Первой мировой войне.
