Abstract

Образование является неотъемлемой частью жизни общества, влияя на перспективы развития как внутри страны, так и за ее пределами. Краеугольным камнем в системе образования, сферой, которая на сегодняшний день является самой проблематичной, является высшее образование. В настоящее время принимаются меры по повышению качества образования, возможности взаимодействия и интеграции. Однако единой системы анализа, которая характеризовала бы реалии качества знаний выпускников до сих пор не создано. Возросло число молодых людей, покупающих дипломы, и ВУЗов, их продающих. Эти факты говорят о том, что назрела необходимость менять всю систему оценки деятельности ВУЗов. Данная статья не готовый материал для анализа, а лишь первый шаг к нему.
