Abstract

Центральным вопросом юридической герменевтики является вопрос о том, как возможно понимание человеком смыслов сущего и должного и каковы пределы интерпретационной свободы. Особую значимость этот вопрос обрел в сфере юридической герменевтики. Особую значимость этот вопрос обрел в сфере юридической герменевтики. С конца XX века в российской юридической науке происходит процесс формирования нового, активно развивающегося направления правоведения с тенденцией к формированию интегративной концепции герменевтического правопонимания.
