Политическая Конкуренция На Постсоветском Пространстве: Средняя Азия

Abstract

Осевой составляющей межгосударственной конкуренции в среднеазиатском регионе сегодня, является новый виток экономического противостояния между Западом и Востоком, представленных в лице Европейского Союза и Российской Федерации. В условиях существующей сырьевой зависимости от России, Европа стремится к свободному доступу к углеводородам, путем реализации собственных проектов нефтегазовых магистралей. Подобное намерение стран Евросоюза невыгодно России, так как в этом случае, Кремль лишается не только огромной доли рынка сбыта поставляемых на экспорт ресурсов, но и рычагов влияния в вопросах, относительно ближайших соседей.
