Abstract

В современном мире нефть является не только ценным сырьем, но и национальной валютой и важным объектом международной политики. В России нефтеперерабатывающая промышленность активно развивается с 50 -60-х годов, и ее продукция пользуется спросом не только на внутреннем, но и на внешнем рынке. Энергетические ресурсы России сосредоточены, главным образом, в Восточной Сибири и на Дальнем Востоке, и в рамках данной статьи авторами рассматриваются перспективы развития нефтеперерабатывающего кластера в этом регионе.
