Abstract

Процесс становления новой формации управления системой образования длится уже порядка десяти лет, но оптимального варианта, отвечающего вызовам современной экономики и запросам общества до сегодняшнего времени, так и не найдено. Государство проводит бюджетные реформы, принимает новые законодательные и нормативные акты, в связи с чем происходят изменения условий хозяйствования высших учебных заведений, регулирования их деятельности государством. В данной статье рассмотрены законодательные акты, предусматривающие изменение функционирования вузов, в частности это Федеральный закон № 174-ФЗ, № 217-ФЗ и Указ № 716.
