Abstract

В настоящее время вопрос модернизации экономики страны является первоочередным по актуальности. Согласно докладу Премьер министра России В.В. Путина, из-за рубежа необходимы «умные инвестиции», иностранные инвестиции, обеспечивающие создание рабочих мест нового качества, передачу технологий. По его словам, сегодня в мире разворачивается серьезная конкуренция за инвестиции и технологии и победит тот, «кто создаст комфортные условия для применения капитала» [4]
