Abstract

В статье рассмотрены общетеоретические концепции цен и потенциал их практического применения. Обобщается опыт зарубежных стран, использующих референтное ценообразование как инструмент государственного регулирования расходов на здравоохранение, недостатки и преимущества существующих в мире моделей формирования референтных цен на лекарственные препараты, оценивается эффективность системы рефернтного ценообразования
