Сокращение Рабочего Времени Как Закон-Тенденция Развития Капиталистического Производства

Abstract

В статье обосновывается правомерность применения категории «закон-тенденция» в современной экономической теории. Установлено, что повышение производительности труда в капиталистическом производстве обусловливает как тенденцию к уменьшению продолжительности рабочего времени занятых, так и — к сокращению занятости, препятствующему подобному уменьшению, при этом доминирование первой тенденции придает сокращению рабочего времени характер закона-тенденции. Проанализирован сделанный на столетие вперед прогноз Кейнса о введении 3-х часовых рабочих смен как подтверждающий действие закона-тенденции сокращения рабочего времени
