Стимулирование Деловой Активности Хозяйствующих Субъектов: Роль Институциональной Среды На Микроуровне

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость скорейшей разработки и начала реализации комплекса мер по стимулированию экономического роста на уровне микроэкономики (хозяйствующих субъектов). Раскрывается, что отсут­ствие качественного подхода в этом направлении не позволило как полноценно использовать возможности, имевшиеся в Российской экономике после кризиса 2008-09 гг., так и максимально задействовать потенциал импортозамещения в 2015 г. Рассматривается вопрос целесообразности создания специализированных банков в целях улучшения финансового обслуживания естественных монополистов как способ стимулирования деловой активности на микроуровне. Проведен анализ возможностей, создаваемых специализированными банками для предприятий естественных монополистов и их бизнес-партнеров, выработаны предложения по формированию специализированных банков для предприятий естественных монополистов
