Особенности И Факторы, Определяющие Инновационную Деятельность Научных Учреждений (На Примере Республики Узбекистан)

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности и основные факторы, влияющие на инновационную деятельность научных учреждений (НИУ). Проведена классификация основных факторов, охарактеризованы особенности их воздействия в процессе создания, продвижения и внедрения инновационной продукции НИУ. Показано, что государственная поддержка научной и инновационной деятельности НИУ является необходимым условием для активного продвижения инноваций, а совершенствование законодательства в сфере инновационной деятельности является одним из главных факторов, регулируемых государством. Подчеркивается важность поддержки производства инновационной деятельности НИУ в создании ими инновационной продукции
