Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с совершенствованием процессов управления задачами и проектами в компаниях сферы информационных технологий. Авторами рассматривается возможность интеграции основных положений бережливого производства и теории ограничений систем, сформулирована гипотеза о том, что использование отдельных LEAN-инструментов развивает системный подход к управлению, позволяет наиболее эффективно решать проблемы компании как системы, способствует укреплению имиджа компании на рынке и не требует существенных финансовых вложений. Практические аспекты апробированы в компании ГК «НГС» г. Новосибирск — крупнейшем сибирском интернет-ресурсе
