Abstract

В статье рассматривается система исследований потребителей образовательных услуг, реализуемая в Оренбургском государственном университете. Представлена подробная характеристика: предмет, объект исследований, методология, используемые технологии, цели и задачи проводимого мониторинга в сравнении с зарубежной системой Institutional Research, схематично представлены исследуемые вопросы. Приведены основные результаты мониторинга за 2013–2014 гг., даны рекомендации по повышению уровня конкурентоспособности молодых специалистов и развитию партнерских отношений вузов и работодателей региона
