Abstract

В статье рассматривается региональный компенсационный механизм эколого-безопасного лесопользования, базирующийся на оценке ассимиляционной (лесовосстановительной) ренты. Для его обоснования проведена оценка экологических затрат и предотвращенного ущерба в результате проведения мер, снижающих негативное воздействие лесозаготовок на лесную среду в условиях экологических ограничений в Республике Бурятия. Разработаны инструктивно-методические подходы к обоснованию величины компенсационных платежей за ущерб, наносимый лесной среде рубками леса, и механизма их взимания и перераспределения для стимулирования экологизации лесопользования
