Abstract

В статье рассматриваются организационно-экономические аспекты проблемы эффективности управления устойчивым развитием городской недвижимости и стратегия пространственной ее реструктуризации. Выявлена совокупность базовых внешних и внутренних организационно-экономических факторов, влияющих на выработку управленческих решений. Представлены формулы оценки стоимости строительства в зависимости от рассматриваемых технологий освоения территорий со скрытым инвестиционным потенциалом
