Abstract

В статье анализируется наличие кластерного потенциала региона с помощью метода структурных сдвигов и индекса локализации. Расчеты показали, что Новосибирская область России обладает ярко выраженным кластерным потенциалом в сфере торговли, но развивающийся инновационный кластер информационных технологий пока не оказывает значительного влияния на экономику региона. Поскольку результатом деятельности кластеров является увеличение выпуска инновационных товаров, то были определены факторы, оказывающие наибольшее влияние на данный показатель в Российской Федерации
