Abstract

В статье выявлены основные проблемы недропользования, разработаны факторы, обуславливающие внедрение государственно-частного партнерства для повышения воспроизводства минерально-сырьевой базы. Предложена модель государственно-частного партнерства в сфере недропользования. Разработан методический подход оценки инвестиционных проектов на основе государственно-частного партнерства в этой сфере
