Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные подходы к анализу факторов социально-экономического развития, анализируются проблемы исследования социально-экономического неравенства регионов, выделяются группы регионов по уровню развития, обсуждается важность проблемы развития человеческого капитала и предлагаются меры по усовершенствованию региональной политики государства
