Проблемы Актуализации Концепции «Устойчивого Развития»: Политэкономический Императив

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы кризиса социально-экономического и общественно-политического развития в позднесоветский период, приведшие к некритическому заимствованию неолиберальной экономической доктрины, успешно решавшей задачи общества потребления. На Западе же в это время созревали предпосылки общественного интереса к другой модели развития с кульминацией в виде «Повестки XXI», принятой странами-членами ООН на Саммите в Рио-де-Жанейро в 1992 году, т.е. согласованного плана на XXI век по достижению «устойчивого развития». Однако либеральная экономическая доктрина монополизировала концепцию «устойчивого развития». При этом игнорирование политэкономии, как науки, оказалось непростительной ошибкой, позволившей неоклассическому мейнстриму интерпретировать и редуцировать эту концепцию под прямо противоположные ее духу цели
