Abstract

В статье рассматриваются последствия финансового кризиса 2008–2009 гг., начало нового кризиса в 2014 г. и их отличия друг от друга. Обозревается ход кризисных явлений и сопутствующие ответные меры, предпринимаемые Банком России и Правительством РФ в целях стабилизации экономики страны. Анализируются избранные финансовыми властями антикризисные меры и их соответствие изменившимся экономическим и политическим условиям. Делается обзор подходов к оценке немонетарных факторов, обуславливающих инфляционные процессы в российской экономике. Обосновывается точка зрения, что выбранная антикризисная стратегия в значительной степени повторяет шаги времен кризиса 2008–2009 гг. и не в достаточной степени учитывает изменившиеся условия и новые реалии кризиса 2014–2015 гг
