Abstract

Девальвация рубля стала реакцией на изменения внешних условий функционирования российской экономики, и ее последствия для реального сектора остаются неясными. С одной стороны, протекционистская защита внутреннего производства создает условия для роста обрабатывающих секторов и стимулы к импортозамещению. С другой стороны, ослабление национальной валюты ускорило инфляцию, что ведет к восстановлению прежнего уровня реального обменного курса. Долларизация экономики, рост издержек на импортируемые инвестиционные товары и рост процентных ставок становятся ограничением для роста
