О Структурной Перестройке Российской Экономики На Новой Промышленной Основе

Abstract

Статья написана в рамках дискуссии: «Есть ли в России экономический кризис?», которую в № 2(2015) журнала открывает статья М.И. Кротова, В.И. Мунтияна «Антикризисная модель экономического развития России». Экономический кризис позволил более четко выявить систему внешних и внутренних проблем торможения российской экономики. Очевидной стала исчерпанность нынешней модели экономики и экономической политики. Активизировались исследования, как причин кризиса, так и путей развития на новой основе. В работе анализируются разные подходы и развивается авторская позиция структурной перестройки на основе воспроизводственного метода. Излагаемая точка зрения продолжает исследования автора по проблемам содержания экономических реформ, причин кризиса, реиндустриализации и структурной перестройки.
