Abstract

Авторами обоснован вывод о том, что российская экономика, выходя из современного экономического кризиса, должна делать акцент на развитии малого и среднего бизнеса, создавая прослойку в российской экономике между крупным бизнесом и индивидуальными предпринимателями, которая в настоящий момент практически отсутствует. В статье определено, что ключевыми элементами здесь являются малые и средние предприятия инновационного типа, стимулирование их инвестиционной привлекательности и формирование платежеспособного спроса на их специфические товары и услуги
