Прогноз Импортозамещения Картофеля И Овощей В Региональном Подкомплексе Челябинской Области

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены закономерности развития овощекартофельного подкомплекса Челябинской области, проанализирована возможность осуществления импортозамещения основных овощных культур и обеспечения продовольственной безопасности в условиях санкций. Для получения прогнозного ряда с учетом предполагаемых изменений в материально-технической базе отрасли и технологий возделывания культур получены линейные корреляционно-регрессионные модели. Сделан вывод о том, что в 2018 г. потребность в овощах и картофеле может быть удовлетворена в основном за счет местного производства. Часть картофеля и овощей может быть отгружена в другие регионы или страны СНГ
